Genesis 17:3-9

Abram bowed to the ground and God said this to him, ‘Here now is my covenant with you: you shall become the father of a multitude of nations.

The story of our father in faith Abram and Sarah his lovely wife is one that we ought to revisit often. He had everything in life but there was also a sadness. This couple suffered/ struggled with infertility. Night and day they prayed for a child but it just was not happening for them. Then when all hope was almost lost, God showed up.

Today I want you to look back at your life and find those moments when God showed up for you and how God showed up. Sometimes we are quick to forget the miracles that have happened in our lives. When I was in the charismatic renewal movement we often shared testimonies of how God was at work in our lives. Sharing these stories gave hope to those who were in the midst of storms/crisis.

Abram bowed to God and believed. Today bow to God in prayer as well, he will fulfill your heart’s desires. Amen
